Our Story...
George Rogers Clark High School is a thriving high school located in the heart of the Central Kentucky Bluegrass. As the only public high school in Clark County, Kentucky, GRCHS has an annual enrollment in grades 9-12 of between 1,600 and 1,700 students.

2025 Clark County Seal of Arts Excellence
Congratulations to graduates Joshua Muse, Brenna Hedtke, and Abigail Crase for earning the Clark County Seal of Arts Excellence. Joshua and Brenna received the seal in the area of music and Abigail in the area of dance. They are the first students in Clark County to receive this newly-created honor, having assembled portfolios that demonstrate their artistic skill, creativity, extracurricular and community involvement, and course requirements. Attention GRC Students, Parents, and Guardians:
Please pick up pass/fail compliance forms needed for tests through July 4th by this Friday, June 20th. Our building will be closed June 23rd through July 4th.
The No Pass/No Drive statute, KRS 159.051 involves every public and private school (including home schools) in Kentucky. Any fifteen (15), sixteen (16) or seventeen (17) year old student applying for the first time for a Learners Instruction Permit will be required to have a School Compliance Verification Form, issued and completed by the school. This form verifies that the student is compliant with the components of the statute. If the student is not compliant, the form should not be issued.
The form requires the stamp from an embossed seal (with raised characters) to be accepted by local court clerks.The form must be signed by a GRC administrator and have the official seal from the school to be valid.

Transcript Orders
To order CCPS transcripts, go to https://www.parchment.com/u/registration/12117/institution.
Students who are currently enrolled can order transcripts for free. The Class of 2025 can still order transcripts for free until August 1st, 2025.

Handicap Tickets for Graduation
If you or a loved one will require handicapped parking for graduation, we now have designated handicapped parking tickets available.
These can be picked up starting Monday 5/19 at your convenience.
Please bring your current handicap pass when picking up your ticket.
Tickets are available on a first come, first serve basis, so we encourage you to pick them up early.
Seating arrangements and more details will be announced next week, so stay tuned.
